ZBA Minutes The Green Oak Township Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Township hall. Prior to each meeting, agendas are available in the Green Oak Township Planning and Zoning Coordinator's office at 10001 Silver Lake Road. Items are addressed in the order they appear on the agenda. To have a item put on the agenda, please submit it to the Planning and Zoning Coordinator's office by the third Wednesday of the month prior to the meeting.

The meeting minutes of the Green Oak Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be posted on our web site after approval by the Z.B.A. Unapproved minutes may be obtained at the Clerk's office. The minutes are generally approved at following meeting. Minutes are maintained for two years on the web site. Minutes for meetings held more than two years ago are available from the Clerk's office with the submission of a F.O.I.A. request.
