Planning Commission Minutes The Green Oak Charter Township Planning Commission's business meetings are on the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Township hall. The Planning Commission holds six pro-active planning meetings that are scheduled for the third Thursday of selected months. Prior to each meeting, agendas are available in the Green Oak Charter Township Planning and Zoning Coordinator's office at 10001 Silver Lake Road. Items are addressed in the order they appear on the agenda. Agenda items must be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Coordinator.

The meeting minutes of the Green Oak Charter Township Planning Commission will be posted on our web site after approval by the Planning Commission. Unapproved minutes may be obtained at the Clerk's office. The minutes are generally approved at following meeting. Minutes are maintained for two years on the web site. Minutes for meetings held more than two years ago are available from the Clerk's office with the submission of a F.O.I.A. request.
