Board Minutes The Green Oak Township Board meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 7:00 pm at the Township hall. Prior to each meeting, agendas are available in the Green Oak Township Clerk's office at 10001 Silver Lake Road. Items are addressed in the order they appear on the agenda. To have a item put on the agenda, please submit it to the Clerk's office by noon the Wednesday prior to the board meeting.

The meeting minutes of the Green Oak Township Board will be posted on our web site after approval by the Township Board. Unapproved minutes may be obtained at the Clerk's office. The minutes are generally approved at following meeting. Minutes are maintained for two years on the web site. Minutes for meetings more than two years old are available from the Clerk's office with the submission of a F.O.I.A. request.
