The Olds/Read Greek Revival farm house is on Rushton Road just south of Ten Mile Road in the SE area of the township. It was built by Alonzo Olds in the late 1840's. You can't miss the ionic Greek columns gracing the front of the house. Members of the Read family lived and fanned the 600 acre property for 100 years so it was designated a Centennial Farm. They developed a beach on Limekiln Lake for summer recreation along with their agricultural living.
